Caregivers.
Finding out a loved one has cancer
can be overwhelming. Cancer affects not only the person diagnosed but all
those who care about that person.

Tips for Caregiving
Caring for a person with cancer is
complex. Depending on the person’s
needs, you may provide different
types of support;
– medical care,- emotional support,
– assist with financial and insurance
issues, – communicator between the patient and the health care team.

Caregivers and support groups.
Being a caregiver is a tough job, but it’s an
important and rewarding one. The caregiving role can also open
up doors to new friends and relationships. Through a support
group, you may get to know people who have faced the same kinds of problems.
